Hotel - FACILITIES & SERVICES:
Accommodation:
The
Aphrodite Hotel complex, consisting of the main building and two
additional wings, is capable of accommodating 150 guests in its 57
comfortable rooms, 3 suites and 3 two-room studios. All rooms are fully
air-conditioned/heated, equipped with satellite TV, direct telephone
lines, 2 music channels, refrigerator, hairdryer, and balconies with
side or direct sea view.
Dining
Facilities:
A
Self-Serve Continental Breakfast Buffet is offered in the Hotel Dining
Room from 07:30-10:00. Feel free to take your breakfast outside onto the
Hotel Terrace to enjoy the fresh morning breeze and beautiful sunlight.
 
A
set dinner menu is served between 19:00-21:00 in the Hotel Dining
Room. Please feel free to inform the Reception if you are allergic
to any items, or if you are a vegetarian, so that we may prepare a
special meal for you.
Taverna:
The Taverna
Aphrodite is located directly on the beach and offers an
unrestricted view of the swimming pool, children's playground and
the sea. Open everyday, weather permitting, for lunch, you may
enjoy a variety of delicious Greek specialties, fresh fish and
meats on the grill, or sip a cool frappe accompanied by Greek
sweets or ice cream.
 
Bar-Lounge:
Enjoy drinks and snacks at our Hotel Bar Lounge and Terrace.

Swimming
Pool and Beach Area:
Sun beds and umbrellas are provided free of charge in the pool area to all hotel guests on a first come-first serve basis. The Hotel also offers a beach towel rental service.
Children's
Playground:
Located
in a secluded area by the Pool and Seaside Taverna, you may enjoy
playing with your children at our playground in a safe environment.
Sports
and Fitness:
For
those of you who would like a more active holiday, Aphrodite Hotel
offers various sport activities to help you keep in shape.
Enjoy a friendly match on
our Tennis Court amidst the beautiful olive trees, or visit our Fitness
Room, equipped with Bicycles, a Treadmill, Free Weights, mats and a
3-person Multi-activity machine.
 
Treat
yourself to relaxing in our saunas (Gentlemen-Ladies separately)
after hiking or biking around the beautiful hills of Eftalou,
Sikaminia, or Petra. Ask our Reception for a map of the
walking paths in the area.
 
If you enjoy water sports, treat yourself to a day of windsurfing, kayaking or canoeing.
Reception:
We are at your disposal on a 24-hour basis to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.
 
Payment
Arrangements:
We accept cash and all major credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD,
DINER's.
Money Exchange/Cheques:
You may exchange money/travellers checks at the Reception. A commission of 2% is added to the exchange
rate.
Anniversaries/Birthdays:
Celebrating an anniversary or a birthday? We would be more than happy to help you surprise your loved one with flowers or sweets and pastries.
Car Rental
Services:
If you are interested in renting a car, feel free to contact us to provide you with all necessary information.
Dry
Cleaning/Laundry:
If you require dry cleaning/laundry services, contact the Reception, who will take care of sending your belongings to the local Cleaners. Please expect a maximum of two days for delivery.
Excursions:
Take an adventurous donkey ride to Eftalou or a boat trip to Skamnia or Rabbit island. Spend a day sight seeing and shopping in Molyvos or at a bazaar in Turkey. Visit the Petrified Forest near Sigri and the birth town of Ancient Poetress Sappho, Eressos, with its vast sandy beaches. We would be happy to help you plan the excursion of your choice for a day of excitement and learning.
Games &
Recreation:
If you or your children
like to play table-top games, please contact our Receptionist or Bartender, who will be more than happy to check out one of the following games for you: Backgammon, Checkers, Chess, Trivial Pursuit, Bingo, Cards, Dominoes, Pokemon, Scrabble, UNO, Mastermind, Jenga, Shoots & Ladders, Darts, Monopoly, Puzzles. (Games may vary). We also have colouring books and crayons for all those little ones who like to color!. You can also check out our book collection, which has grown over the years thanks to our guests, who have left us their favourite novels.
Internet:
Internet access is available in the Bar-Lounge area for a fee. Please inform the Reception if you are interested in reserving a time slot.
Mail/Post/Stamps:
Stamps and postcards may be purchased at the Reception. If you would like to send letters and postcards, please drop them off at the Reception so that they may be sent out with the daily mail. If you have redirected mail to the hotel address or expecting any special packages, please inform the Reception so that we may keep an eye out for them.
Bus Services:
The Hotel provides a mini bus service to and from Molyvos 4 times a day.
Conference Facilities:
Aphrodite
Hotel is a wonderful destination for hosting a conference, as it combines comfortable hotel
accommodation along with its proximity to the lovely, medieval town of
Molyvos.
Seating up to 80
people, at the disposal of the attendants are the following:
